Hauxano morph program is in three big steps:
Month 1
Technical Soft Skills
Understanding how to do a job is one thing, learning how to communicate your tasks right from planning to execution and turnover is another. This activity is perhaps more important than performing the task itself.
During this phase of learning, hauxano will teach its students all of the soft skills required to excel in a standard team, tailored to their course/profession of choice.
Month 2
Portfolio Development
Our students now have what it takes to work, collaborate,research and communicate to and within a team of professionals. Their next challenge will be to work together as a team to build professional portfolios for themselves.
For this phase of the program, students will be put together in a team of 5-10 each, each team will be led by Hauxano mentors, who will provide direction and support.
Month 3
Live Project
If you want to be job-ready after learning a tech skill, then this program is for you!

Verified tech talent undergoes rigorous assessment for analytical and communication abilities.
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you’ll be notified 2 weeks before the cohort commences.
At the end of each month there is a test to measure your progress. This helps you know where you stand and helps us guide you better.

What is Hauxano
Morph by hauxano is a three month talent accelerator programme designed to provide fresh out of training tech professionals and transitioners the required skillset and experience to be exceptional in a workplace, and secure their first jobs.
